Announcement of Annual Meeting and Elections for ICHS
The ICHS Annual Meeting will be held on Monday March 26,2012
at the Iowa County Humane Society Conference Room
Mary Whitmar and Todd Novak both have terms expiring this year & both have chosen to run for another term of office. However if you are interested in becoming a member of our board several documents have been attached explaining the process.

If you are interested in running for either Todd or Mary’s seat please complete the application form and send it via email to our nominating committee. They are as follows:

Once received the nominating committee will review the applications and submit their recommendations to the board no later than January 26, 2012.
As per the by-laws under Section IX: Nominating Committee;
Members in good standing may also nominate one candidate, also in good standing, for membership of the Executive Board by written petition to be filed with the secretary also no later than January 26 th. These petitions may be sent to:

Applications are also available at ICHS. The board will then review them and notice of approved candidates will be mailed no later than February 10, 2012 to the general membership with elections taking place at the Annual Meeting March 26.
